the goddess of rainbow colour
once upon a time... the poet of nature’s hues followed her imagination and painted the world in psychedelic colours.

I refracted out of a spectrum of colour. Born from a rainbow during a sunlit shower, in the middle of summer. I slid down its curve and into this world, as it arched through the sun dappled atmosphere.
I felt into my gouache body and realised my fingers hold the magic of paintbrushes. That my skin was made of crystal, and my heart blessed by my mother - the sunshine goddess.
My eyes shine with prismatic irises of seven colours. My innermost desire is my palette and this Earth is my canvas. My veins pump blood made from rainbow watercolours.
I float down to Earth like a raindrop and sprinkle pigment like fairy dust, as I perform my acrylic dance. Each wave of my hand is a brushstroke, in nature’s masterpiece.
I feel leaves quivering and smooth and fill them with lavender hues. Turn the foliage of trees into glimmering amethyst, so the birds can sit in the taste of grape bubblegum.
The daylight skies from my eyes, are like a bath of melting limes. Verdantly above, like the jade stones that I love.

Fairy floss oceans, liquid magenta reflective lakes. The streams rush like strawberry pulp, or the rosy blush of my face.
Orange, apricot mountains like flames or the juicy spritz of mandarin. Marigolds roam across the landscape, hiking along monarch butterfly wings.
Clouds of honey float, like nectar from the gods. Topaz whispers and fluffy sunshine, a sky filled with soft buttercups.
Indigo fields of grass and tufts of deep midnight underneath my feet. I ground into the navy softness of blueberry hills and paint lush, sapphire gardens to run in.
An ocean of aqua, sparkles in the bark of the tree trunks that I hug. Phosphorescent fire glows from their sky-blue logs. The paper in my art journals shimmer, like the turquoise of a freshwater lagoon.
The poets of the heavens, say this is not the way it should be, but I am the goddess of rainbow colour and this is my psychedelic dream.
The children of the village come out smiling to admire the coats of my tints and tones. When you see the world differently, look to those with imagination and you’ll never feel alone.
This one is one of my favorites 🌈 such a beautiful and vivid piece! The way you’ve brought colors to life and turned the world into a living canvas is so magical, like stepping into a rainbow dream. I love how it reminds us that imagination can change the way we see the world💕💕
All your words are so delicious and magical!! I would love to buy a book of them to keep by my bedside and to enjoy while sipping tea in gardens full of fireflies (or something like that) 🌸
